Delivery & Installation

Delivery

Our team ensures a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience.

Free delivery applies only to the first delivery attempt at the given address.

In buildings without a service lift, delivery will be made up to the ground floor; upper-floor delivery may incur additional charges.

Extra charges may apply for weekend or time-specific deliveries.

If delivery is unsuccessful, the product will be held at the nearest hub for up to 10 days, after which Furnitell may reschedule or cancel the order as per policy.

Installation

Installation support is subject to service availability at your pincode.

Pre-Assembled products require no installation and are ready to use.

For Expert Assembly, carpenter service is provided by Furnitell in serviceable areas; otherwise, customers may arrange a local carpenter.

Basic Assembly / DIY products require minimal self-assembly using the provided instructions.

Warranty

This product comes with a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing and workmanship defects under normal household use.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Scratches, dents, or damage due to improper handling, accidents, or wrong cleaning methods

• Damage caused by incorrect installation or self-assembly

• Improper storage, use, or cleaning with unsuitable products

• Upholstery fading due to direct sunlight

• Damage during relocation or shifting

• Wood damage from water or moisture exposure

• Natural expansion or contraction of solid wood

• Natural wood grains, joints, or characteristics

• Fabric upholstery (warranty applies only to wooden frame/mechanisms)

• Damage from harsh chemicals or non-standard dry cleaning

• Unevenness up to 5 mm as per industry standards
